In spite of the medical facility being available in the Jaipur City, a CGHS beneficiary, still opts or chooses to get treatment in AIIMS Delhi. Whether he can claim TA/DA from residence at Jaipur to AIIMS Delhi and back.

can a CGHS beneficiary get the treatment at State Government Hospital at his home town without informing his office and then apply for a re-imbursement? who will be the approving authority for this ex-post-facto approval?

my father retired from AO DAD nasikin june 1997 but he did not took the cghs facility but now he want or needed the cghs medical facility .can he get medical facility.
