How do I register?
If you are already a registered member of Medindia, directly sign in here. If you are a new member register here.
I have registered. I still cannot sign in. Why?
- You may not have verified your email address. Please check your inbox and click on the link in the verification email that was sent after you registered. If you have not yet received the verification email you can request that it be resent. You may also want to check to make sure that the message has not been sent to your spam folder.
- Your email address and password is incorrect. If you have forgotten your password you can have it reset.
- Your account may have been locked or suspended – please see below.
Can I sign in with my Medindia login details?
Yes. The login is common to all Medindia related websites.
Why is my account blocked?
Your account may have been locked by the system administrator for security reasons due to repeated invalid login attempts. It may also get blocked for violating our Terms of Service or posting inappropriate content. To restore access please contact us email@example.com
How do I unblock my account?
You can write to us if you have been unfairly blocked.
How do I change my password?
Click on the settings link on the left side of your logged in homepage for the 'Change Password' option.
How do I change my profile image?
Click on the settings link on the left side of your logged in homepage for the 'Change Photo' option.
Can I change my member name or Email?
No. You will need to register again if you wish to change your member name or email address.
What is a support group?
A community or group of members with a common interest in a health related topic who would like to connect with each to discuss, share and help each other with their views and knowledge.
How do I join a support group?
Sign in & Find the group you'd like to join, and click the Join this group button at the top right.
How many support groups can I join?
You can join as many groups as you like.
How do I remove myself from a support group?
To remove yourself from a support group, sign in and go to your group home page. Click on the "Remove me from here" link available on the top right.
Where can I find a list of all support groups?

How do I participate in a support group discussion?
To participate in any discussion, you should be an active member of the group.
Can all users see my group activities?
Yes. All your recent activities will be displayed on latest activities slot.
How do I add a friend?
Sign in. Click on the member's photo or link to get to their profile page. There, click on "Add as Friend".
How do I remove a friend?
Sign in. Click on the member's photo to get to their profile page. There, click on "Remove as Friend".
If I remove someone as a friend, will they know about it?
When you remove a friend you will be removed as a friend from their friends list as well.
How do I prevent a user from sending friend request?
Ignore the user to avoid him/her always.
How do I ignore a member?
Sign in. Click on the member's photo or link to get to their profile page. There, click on "Ignore user".
How do I un-ignore a member?
Sign in. Click on the member's photo to get to their profile page. There, click on "Un-ignore user". OR Use ignored users link on your logged in homepage.
Will the user be notified if I ignore him/her?
No. Your ignoring will be kept confidential.
How do I invite my friends who don’t know anything about this site?
On the left side of your logged in homepage, you'll see an 'Invite Friends' slot.
Enter your email address, password and select your email provider (yahoo, gmail, etc) and click invite. Select the friends you wish to invite and click the invite button.
