i want you to please go through my diet and tell me if its good enough or am i missing something. thanks 9:00 - 1 banana 9:30 - 6 boiled eggs 11:30 - 2 slices of brown bread with peanut butter 3:00 - 1 bowl of dalia 5:00 - 1 bowl of muslie 6:00 - 2 banana's and coconut water 7:00 - 1 glass of milk with protienx 8:00 - 1 carrot and 2 tomato's thankyou

i plan to start running seriously and want to take part in the 10 km marathon soon...what kind of a diet would u subscribe to me being a vegetarian..iam a 44 year od woman who is 5 feet 1.25 inches tall and weigh 49 kgs. thanks

I want to loose some weight.....the diet which I follow now consists of oats, fruits, cucumber, green tea and egg whites. I sometimes eat microwaved fish without any oil. Will this diet lead to weight loose? But when I feel hungry I eat Kellogg's corn flakes without milk as snacks....Will it result in weight gain? Is Nutrichoice Thin Arrowroot biscuit fatty?

I m 21yrs old suffering hairfall since last 3 years.1 year ago when i had travelled north india in winter , my hairs started falling more rapidly . I m losing hairs evryday,previously from front two corners n now from middle region also. My father had this problem but after 40. Plz advice me to regain hairs.
