Your food selection is right in order to loose weight. Just remember to space out the foods in a manner that you eat a small portion after every 2 hrs .
Instead kellogs cornflakes healthier option would be museum containing oats, Chana peanuts, mixed flake chivda.
This would not result in weight gain. You could also have lime juice, coconut water, buttermilk, dry bhel, home made chivda, khakhras.
Biscuits are fine when hade in limited quantity. They are not fatty if just one or two are eaten. Opt for the high fibre healthy range biscuits
