According to your height your weight is perfectly fine and rather much under control. That's great!
Your exercise is also well worked.
Few points with regards to the diet:
At six in the eve you could settle with one fruit and coconut water.
At seven you could have soup or a salad bowl along with a serve of whole pulse, paneer, soya or a whole grain food along with milk.
At eight you could have milk and a few nuts.
