The protein content of the diet is very good. You are trying to incorporate fibre dense low glycemic index foods by incorporating dalia, museli.
You could cut the 6 boiled eggs to 3-4 egg whites and couple them with toast and peanut butter. This would form a wholesome breakfast.
At one you could have a glass of milk with proteinex or fat free curds
At 3 have proper luch which could be dalia or Pulse or curds with 2 Rotis
At 5 you could have a bowl of steamed sprouts with coconut water
At 7 you could have a fruit. (fruit and milk are interchangable. one in morning and other in the evening)
At 8 have a proper dinner comprising of a bowl of salad sticks with a pulse or a whole grain food.
You are doing good for yourself. This is an alternate and more ideal way of spacing out meals.
