Creams like Isotretinoin,erytop (clindamycin phosphate gel), mometasone furate ointment are available in the market effective in treating acne.
You must visit a dermatologist for the right treatment methodology.
Along with the above follow the below diet guidelines religiously.
- Keep your body hydrated. Drink lots of water and fluids.
- Exercise regularly.
- Avoid tea, coffee, pickles, junk foods,pizzas, burgers, chaats and spicy food.
- Consume easily digestible home cooked food like roti-dal, khichadi, rice-dal, soups, lots of salads, fruits, whole grains, oats, broken wheat
- At bedtime take 2 to 3 teaspoons of isabgul fibre.
- If possible drink fresh vegetable juice made of spinach, fenugreek, mint, amla or carrots or beetroot in the morning
- Take omega 3 capsules or consume atleast 2 serves of salmon fish in a week. Include almonds, walnuts in the diet.
- Include a good multivitamin daily
- Most important is to thoroughly clense your face before bedtime.
- Consume vitmin A rich foods like papaya, carrots, tomatoes, spinach, brocolli, salmon fish. You could also take a supplement alternatively (10,000 UI )
-Avoid excessive milk intake.
