according to your height you need to gain weight.
1. Choose milk, paneer, curds, cheese, eggs, nuts
2. Opt for parathas, shakes, smoothies, laddoos, chikkis, halwas
3. Judiciously consume whole grain foods made from wheat, oats, millets
4. Increase the number of meals
5. An additional protein powder could be consumed daily for muscle gain and strength.
6. Avoid junk foods and opt for nutrient dense home foods.
7. Get started with weight bearing exercises in order to gain muscle mass.
