I'm 41 years old,I have had a weight problem all my life. ive been on thyroid meds diet pill that make me sick Ive worked out till i drop no kidding and ive given up.I really like myself peaple think you have no self love if your big but I like who I am but it,s making my working life impossible i dont know what to do I,m 5'4 and 300 pounds.I have to work to make a living but its to much.I,m a strong person so I know when I say this its true.If anyone has went through this please write i need to talk to someone whos been there.I have good references for being a hard worker but i feel myself slipping and dont know were to start. anyway thanks

EVERY1 DONT GIVE UP. My name is Brooke. Ok i am 14 and have lost 25kgs. Im planning on reaching out to larger people. I still weigh around 70kgs but i am not obese for my height. I lost weight sweets from running around my back yard at first... because i was scared of people watching me. UNTIL my self confidence built i ran around the block and if i ate somthing bad thats it i ran it off ok. THESE were short runs and it only took me 2 weeks to loose 25kgs. common. I know every one of yous can do that. ITS called DETERMINATION. to whom have lost weight through my comment please inform me i love hearing about a change in people Xox good luck

this is amazing, i dont know how you lost 25 kgs in 2 weeks that seems abit impossible, but im glad that you did im 15 and i weight 55 kgs but i want to lose more and i keep finding it hard please help! [:

hi.i'm about 170 cms in height and i weigh 55 kilos.i used to be 46 the year b4 :(.......cud anyone give me good weight loss tips please.i exercise everyday on my stairs :P about 30 tips and do a little jumping jacks....w8ing for reply

WITH REFERENCE TO YOUR HEIGHT YOU NEED NOT WORRY ABOUT BEING OVERWEIGHT,BECAUSE YOUR IDEAL WT IS SUPPOSED TO BE 64 - 68 KGS BASED ON YOUR HEIGHT. THE EXERCISE YOU ARE HAVING IS OK

Today, in this fast-paced world, obesity is a rising concern from which most of the people are suffering. Women with obesity have high risk of heart attack. Therefore it is very essential to get rid of obesity as soon as possible. Doctors suggest that it is very necessary to exercise for getting rid of obesity also women should pay attention to their eating habits and diet.
