hi im crystal...im not obese but i feel fat and the guy i like thinks im 'chubby'.....i wanna lose wegith but people say i will be too skinny...what should i do??

look hun if u feel fat just change the way u eat n exsersice more and if the guy u like cant accept u for who u r or wat u look like he isnt worth ne thing

if she is into games get a nintento Wi FIt lol, it really works, lose weight and have fun at the same time, she can also try having a better diet with a mixture of a lot of different coloured fruits and vegetables and eat less fatty food, or she can exericise like 10-30 mins a day and like in a month she would loose a considerable amount of weight

hi, im 14 and i think im fat i weigh about 70kgs but im also about 175cm tall my mum and my friends say that im not fat but i have a big blobby belly and i dont like going to the beach or the pool when my friends stay at my house. i cant help it but i want to lose some weight, but how? does anyone have some good tips? please reply!!

do a lot of cardio workout such as running or going on a bike ride. do some ab workouts for you stomach.and dont drink coke or eat fast food.
