I would like to see a group start a movement to require fast food commercials to list calories of their product. Everytime I see the Burger King Baconator commercial I wonder how unhealthy that sandwich is as you see the man try to fit it in his mouth. Also, Sunday night on WGN Chicago there is a show I think is called "Taste Chicago" at 10:00 pm. It seems to glorify unhealty eating, they should be obligated to inform viewers of the fat and calorie content of the food the restaurant is serving, hard to watch sometimes, people who are heavy anyway eating greasy unhealthy food. This show should be off the air. I have said my peace.

People in America are obessed because they eat fry foods, junk food also can effect your body. Another thing that cause to consume as much sugar in their unhealthy body figure. Obessity can lead to heart attack, possibly death. People that dont exercise enough or sleep. If you read the nutrition label it tells how many calories by each serving.

I've been doing all the conscious efforts I know to lose weight but it doesn't seem to be helping me at all. I have been obese all my life and experiencing a couple of hypertensive attacks got me real scared. I don't like the idea of using a pill but I was advised to take some diet pills to help get a kick start for a healthy living. I have too many options as recommended by friends and relatives who had gained fantastic results on the pills they've used. I wanna try Prescopodene first because my cousin who used to be as obese like me is now looking great. I hope using a diet pill could help me lose weight.

Hey there, I've tried this Prescopodene and I bet you'll like as much as I did. I have lost 5.5 kilos in a month and I know you'd agree with me that it is an awesome weight loss for the first month. Obesity is a real danger so if exercise and diet doesn't work for you, try some diet pills like this. Just saying. Good luck on your journey.

I'm on my second week and it sure curbs my hunger. I;m liking it because no side effects so far. I'm positive that I'm losing weight because I now feel lighter everyday. I hope this works as much as it did to those who had awesome success rate. Cheers!

I'm 46 and before, I can easily manage keeping my weight by simply eating whats right and occasionally exercising. I don't know what happened because when I entered my 40's, I started gaining weight and even when I'm still doing my same old routine,It just doesn't seem to work anymore. I am hoping that weight loss pills could be my effective remedy for this but I'm not just sure what to take that does not cause too much weird stuff on my body. It'll be my first time so I'm really doing a serious quest for the right pill. this Prescopodene, is an eye-catcher. How long have you taken these and what are to be expected when your in it. I've read so many reviews and most are good ones. I just need to be sure before buying one for myself. Thanks for any help. Lydia

Exercise is very important- this keeps your metabolic process up, makes parts of your muscles stronger, and tends to make your heart more powerful. When you have your heartbeat up for a period of time, you deliver much more oxygen to your internal organs!

Exercise should be at the minimum 30 minutes a day(cardiorespiratory) and Strength/Resistance instruction to build muscle 3 times a week.

In order to observe change in your body nevertheless, you must push your own limits. Exercise is not there to be "easy" it is there to problem you and make yourself feel good.
