Hi i m yamini presently i m taking esic facility for sickness during pregnancy as my doc advised to take bed rest till delivery. in this case u will get 91 days leave during sickness of pregnancy and after delivery u will get 84 days leave. both are paid from esic. for that purpose u hv submit the sick leave form given by your doctor on time to time

We the employees of sanji pushp consultant of services are facing problem after getting the ESIC SMART CARD most of the employees most of the time refuses to take the facilities at our dispenseries at ESI Diispensery MODI MILL and ESI Hospital Diispensery,OKHLA PHASE_-1, on the ground that the IP NO. printed on the smart cards are not valid, So you are requested to take necessary action before any mishappening going to us i.e.Health problems.
Note:- Before the introduction of smart card scheme there was no any problem.ALthougt the new smart card syates is very appreciable.

Sir I got the ESIC Card.. on that card .. posted the ESIC Dispensary Name. ane my id number: an nominee names.. ofcose of all details .. [ACTUALLY THE UR HAVE GIVEN ME THE WRNG DISPENSARY NAME. AN ADDRESS.. . I GOT THE REZIMENTAL BAZAR DISPANASRY . BUT I SEARCH THERE BUT THERRE IS NOE DISPENARY AT THAT ADRESS.. NOT A ME INMY OFFICE EVERY EMPLOY HAD SEARCH.. AN I ASK IN THE MUSHERABAD OFICE ALSO THEY DIGNT GIVING ANY REPONSE.. THEY GO AN SEARCH I DO NOW.. WT HAPING.. IT SOO IMPOSSIBLGE.. ADDRES R U GIVN UU.
PLZZ SIR REQUESTING PLZ UPDATE THE ADDRES OF DISPENSARY .. BCZ NUMBER OF EMPOLOYEE GETING SO MUCH PROLM IN DISPNSARY ADRESS.. PLZ PLZ SIR.. UPDATE THE DETAIL OF DISPENSARY ADRESS..
