Hi Myself Rakesh. My dad had taken treatment in private hospital due to heart attack. As i am paying ESI amt, but was not knowing about benefit. So can i claim that hospital bills from ESIC. If yes could u pls tell me about the procedure

My organization supply man power to various factory and all factory is covered under e sic act. All factory management asked for challan separately. for all different site can i get sub code? is yes then give me information.
