Insured person under Bajaj Alliance, met with accident and took treatment from a private hospital and Insurance company paid the treatment charges. Can the same insured person claim this treatment charges from ESIC, who is also covered under the ESIC ACT. Please let me know.

Hi my name is kamala having ESIC Card No 5018003656 from October 1993 to September 2012. Now Iam getting Salary of Rs. 17500/- Thats why I am out of coverage from October 2012. My daughter is suffering from kidney stone problem. She will get treatement from ESIC?
