ESI Hospital had reimbursed my medical and medicine bill. But deducted 10% of the medical bill on the plea that there was a concession agreement between ESIC and the super specialty hospital where I got treatment.But the ESI Hospital over looked the fact that it failed to issue the PERMISSION LETTER despite submission of all the required documents and reminders.
Kindly inform me how to get the 10% amount deducted by the ESI Hospital along with rules and clauses of the ACT.
