Poor Facilities in ESI Dispensery. If any patient want to treatment he required more then 6 hour for treatment. One to two hour for entry in ESI after that 1 to 2 hour for doctor check up after that patient need to go in dispensary and again keep in line for registration take 1.30 to 2.30 hour minimum after that they again go to the doctor for make doctor approval which already got from hospital after they will go on medicine outlet which takes minimum 1 to 2 hour. My question is that why we need dispensary and if doctor prescribed a medicine so why medicine get from medicine outlet. When the BIO metric card made then all esi connected to each other and any esi member can avail ESI treatment in any area of india ESI Hospital Due to lot of crowd increased to a particular Hospitals. I have see in Rohini sec-7 Branch which takes more time for treatment this is not only for one esi but Most of the esi hospital have same situation. Unavailability of medicine and only one outlet for medicine takes a more time.If any patient have a disease ,lag problem and any other problem so how they can stand for 5 to 6 hours for full filed all task. Poor Registration System also takes a lot of time of people. I have only request that Please provide good treatment and facilities in esi hospital and dispensaries. I have no issue that doctor is not good and medicine. I just only want the facilities should be appropriate for ESI Card Holders because this problem is all ESI Card Holders

dear sir, my company is deducting esic premium from my gross salary but from last one year they haven't provide any esic card to me and not providing this card to any body els in company
