I'm 14 years old. I'm student . I want to loose my weight . At present my weight is 75.6 kg .
I eat an apple , about 4 - 5 oil free khakras' a day and even oats, if i'm hungry i eat chapati bhaji . . As i'm in 10th i don't get much time to do exercise so please could u give me some tips that how can i control and loose my weight , please please please .
