Going by your height and weight I think you are slightly overweight, about 80Kgs must be your ideal weight. But its good thinking that you decided to moderate your weight right from the beginning otherwise let loose it will assume uncontrollable proportions.
To loose weight you have to burn calories or decrease the amount of calories consumed. For this I will give you some useful tips:
1.Always adopt ways to increase your physical activity like for example take the stairs instead of the lift, do not use the remote for the T.V. Find means to increase your physical activity.
2.Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, besides giving the essential nutrients it is quite filling. Eat a raw vegetable or a fruit before meals, this will help reduce the amount of food consumed.
3.Set time aside for regular exercise.
4.Avoid all oily or high calorie food.
Adopt all these measures and let these changes become regular habits.It may be difficult to do so, but remember that perseverance is the ultimate key word.
Finally, measure your weight regularly to see if these lifestyle changes are helping.
