Your weight should be in the range of 58 to 58 to 62 kgs.
A healthy diet full of whole grain and fibre rich foods over fried, processed foods, breads, buns and sugar laden foods is most essential. Skim milk, skim curds, nuts, fruits, salads, soups, sprouts, oats,roasted channa paanuts, dal with roti/ brown rice are some great options.
Along with healthy food intake exercise of any form daily for 45 minutes is the key towards weight loss.
