dear doctor,
i'm in love with my first cousin, and i talk with my dad about my opinion.he fear of getting abnormal child since we're closely related...last two generation in my family got married into their close relation ly....same situation exist in his side also.....is pre marital genetic test will be helpful to find any gene disorders first cousin marriage.....if it so,suggest me some centers which offers such check up....

hi..my father is most probably suffering from alzhemier's disease and my grandfather too had a similar disease which was undiagnosed.
is there any genetic testing i need to undego to rule out if it s familial?
