This is my 3rd pregnancy age 35 , my 1st boy has DMD so we have gone through CVS on 17th aug.11 for DMD test,it was 12th week, but forgot the test for Down Syn.,now what we can do, amniocentesis or blood screening.No complications from CVS. But is it safe to have amniocentesis after CVS.No history of Down Syn. in family.Please send answer to uzmajawwad@hotmail.com, as i am so much confused and worried.

Dear DOCTOR,
I will be getting married to my first cousin withing a couple of months but we fear of offsprings born with defects or abnormalities, what is to be done?
I've heard of Predictive genetic testing could you explain what is the procedure to fix the defect before hand!
