I and my wife is working in a private sector. My wife is GNM, working in a private hospital and recently she gave birth a baby son on 6th Feb, 2012. Already she is getting 3 months maternity leave. Should she get six months maternity leave or not and other benefit also? Because the designation of mother is one in whole world wide. If she gets six month leave so she can better care the baby at home and can join her duty after six months with healthy mind and body. Please think about all the mothers who are working in a private sectors. We are are talking about all are equal. So why not all mothers weather they are working at Govt. / private will equal. We should not make difference between them and harass and burden them. Every body should raise voice for all are equal. please think and advice on behalf of all mothers. regard and For all the caring mom. Thanks

yes you are absolutely right Mr. isaac, but you have forgot one thing that after getting maternity a mother become very tired and mainly she needs some extra energy to get back to the work. I am able to give them a natural dietary supplements to energe them. don't you think about that?
