Sir,
I m working as lecturer in Engg college, I want maternity leave, but I m on probation, therefore College principle is not give to permission for maternity leave.
I want to help and guidance form you,
what provision for maternity leave act for Employee on probation ?,
tell us me and guide me for most compliments please. What can I do?

What is the proposal to extend the maternity leave upto six months is going to be implemented? Is it applicable to IT sector as well?

It will be very much usefull and helping to both a Mother and a Baby as after delivery both need a rest and each others company. Where from we can get the information if it has been implemented or not? Is it applicabale to IT sector (MNCs) as well?
Please provide more details we one can. Thanks in advance.
