Inspite of the studies to support the need for increased maternity leave what is this planning commission waiting for? Is it waiting for more infant death to supprot the need??Rediculous!!!-Sonia Sunny,a post graduate Nurse.

I am working in a private company and as per our company policy the existing maternity leave is 12 weeks . Am I eligible to get the 6 month maternity leave from now onwards? Kindly inform.
