you seem to feel just like i did 2 weeks after i had my appendix removed,3 weeks ago, i was finally in so much pain i went to the hospital and discovered i had a bad infection, one very large abscess and many small ones, my surgeon had seen me just 2 days earlier and thought nothing when i told him how much pain i was in, if you think something isn't right get a second opinion, and don't wait, it'll only get worse....

I have a question for anyone who may know about the heredity of appendicitis. My brother had it about ten years ago. My sister had it a year leter, and my father had appendicitis this week. What are the statistical chances of this happening to three people in one family like this?

I have this really bad pain in my lower right side and it wont go away. It keeps me up at night. I dont feel sick or anything, I feel like I'm cramping but this is 10 times worse. Could this be appendicitis?

Hi Sabrina, it could be appendicitic, i had mine removed on the 10/02/2010, i felt the way you did and thought it was just a stomach buck, the next thing i know i couldnt stand up straight the pain was unbearable, i went to the doctor the next day and explained and pointed where the pain was on my abdomin right hand side, itwas confirmed appendicitis.
