why is tobacco not sold in bhutan ? if the government is going to charge 100 to 200% tax and allowing people to smoke in the country than why not sell it in the country with the same tax and rules. if the government wants to make bhutan smoke free and is willing to go to that extreme of carrying the punishment of illegal smoking like in the case of monk sonam...i only have one question why why you can pay tax and than smoke? why not say your not allowed to smoke at all in the country?
