The zone diet consists in getting calories from carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in a fixed ratio, usually 40:30:30. Advocates of the diet claim it helps people lose weight, develop muscle, and prevent heart disease and diabetes – and it is an easy diet to follow.

How can one measure happiness? Happiness, for me, is quite relative. So how can one establish a standard for measuring happiness?
