It is incredible how little we know about fruit and its health benefits. I each an orange a day and drink cherry juice every day, too. I have been doing this for the past two years and I haven't feel better. I get my cherry juice from Traverse Bay Farms http://www.traversebayfarms.com/cherryjuice.htm I am waiting for cherry season this year for the fresh cherries.
