I think you should talk to your boyfriend about your going through this condition. It was hard for me to tell my boyfriend (now husband) about it but after I did I felt a lot better about it and he's been very encouraging and understanding. This will help you have somebody to talk to about it.
When I have sex I have to always use lube too. There are certain positions where I can and cant have orgasms too. I guess you could just figure out what works best for you two.
I don't really think the fact that you are tall has anything to do with primary ammenorhea. I am 5'5" and my sister (also has PA) is like 5'2". i have long legs but she doesn't. I was wondering about my boobs, though mine are very small because of lack of estrogen. Anyone else???

I also sometimes have a hard time with lubrication, but not all the time. I'm short (just 5' even) and petite and have a bra size of 34 double D, so boob size has nothing to do with it. If you read my earlier posts, my doctor told me that I was born without a uterus so, that may put me in a different class than you guys. But who knows, maybe they'll find a small uterus one day like they did with "hopeful2bepreg".
I also think that you should tell your boyfriend. It took me 3 yrs to tell mine, but that wasn't fair to him. He was very understanding however, and he's my husband today, lol!

Hello again everyone,
I'm happy to announce that I told my boyfriend last night about my condition and he is completely fine with it. I told him I may not be able to have children and he said that it does'nt matter, he will still love me and we can always adopt. So I'm so relieved! It feels like I took a ton of weight off of my shoulders.
@Jen I have small boobs as well. I have "A" cups.

That's great news SJACKSON4744. You must be feeling so relieved now.
My husband and I went in for our first consultation with a Fertility doctor. He assured me that he will try his best to help me to get pregnant and that there is hope for us! (YAAAYYY!!!). I have been off the birth control pill since January and haven't had a period which also means I'm not ovulating. So the doc has prescribed me with Provera (Provera is derived from the female hormone progesterone). You may be given Provera if your menstrual periods have stopped or a female hormone imbalance is causing your uterus to bleed abnormally. Provera is also prescribed to prevent abnormal growth of the uterine lining in women taking estrogen replacement therapy. I hope my period starts. I will have to go in for an ultrasound to check if my fallopian tubes are not clogged, my ovaries are OK, and how the uterus is doing after the uterine lining has bled out. Today, they took about 12 test tubes of blood to check my FSH, LH levels along with a whole bunch of other stuff. And of course a little cup of sperms from my husband. My next appointment is March 13th and that's when I'll get all my blood test results. I'll update you guys further, when I get my results.

Sounds like the appointment went well. I'm going on Tuesday to my reproductive doctor. Are you taking any prenatal vitamins? Did you talk about the baby, like if the baby could inherit this condition? I'll let you know what my doctor asks me to do next week.

Hello ladies,
I went to see a endocrinologist today and now he is telling me that I have Central Hypogonadism which is causing Primary Ammenorhea. They said my brain is not sending signals and that is making my FSH and LSH low. But now the clinic that I attend will be closing and the doctor attending on me today seems like she was in a hurry and did not really know what she was talking about. However other physicians who came into the room, corrected her on a few things that she told me. Of course their solution to this problem is the famous Birth Control Pill. Does anyone know any good endocrinologists or reproduction doctors in the NYC area? I can really use the help. Thanks ladies!

I've had all the blood work (my FSH and LH were high), had a CT scan of the pituitary (normal), ultrasounds (small ovaries), chromosone testing (normal), etc.. and I just had a laparoscopy yesterday....(I am sore today!)
I like the doctor that I have been going to now, she actually wants to find out what is causing the PA, unlike everyone else who previously just wanted to keep me on birth control. So, I have all the female parts but my ovaries are small (especially my left one.) Apparently I had some endometriosis and adhesions on my left ovary and she did a biopsy of the right ovary during the laparacopy yesterday. I go back next month to get the results...but the doctor said that if the biopsy shows that it is an autoimmune disorder that I might stand a good chance of ovulating with my right ovary, with medications. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed and trying not to get my hopes up all at the same time!
By the way, my husband and I have been married for almost 5 years and I told him about my condition before we were married too and he has been really supportive. It's not an easy thing to go through and I'm glad that there are actually people out there who understand what I'm going through. Good luck to you all!
