Low Cholesterol Diet

While fat cannot be totally banished from the food we consume, it is possible to try and lower the bad cholesterol that causes hardening of arteries and heart disease. One good step would be to pot for mono-saturated fat (MUFA) over polyunsaturated Fat (PUFA) on examining food labels.

It's apparent that when we buy food in fast foods you tend to eat fast which I think one of the factor why we gain weight, actually a studies was conducted on "eating slowly" which is posted in pureandhealthy.com site.
