I am 29 years old and like Cindy, African-American. I thought everyone meant horney the way I did. I didn't know somethign was wrong until my relationships consistnatly dissolved. I noticed I increasingly become more forceful toward people when I wanted my gratification. I'd do and say anything I had. My relationship with God ended as well. I isolate myself most of the time. I reduced myself to working at a strip club, thinking that is the perfect place for me. I've sought treatmentfor sex addiction before I learned about psas and pgad. Usually I am ok. But after seeking a new relationship and sharing this knowledge with that person, I am relapsing. My stomach is in constant pain.

I'm a medical doctor with specialist interest in Sexual Medicine. I am just wondering if anybody can tell me anything about an Ayurveda medicine sometimes called Loknath Ras and its use in the management of PGAD.

The problem with this herbal treatment is that it is made from different plants in different places. Or in other words, there seems not to be a "standard" Loknath Ras.

i'm a single woman, celibate and i've been dealing with PSAS for the last five years now and it's really getting on my nerves! i just wish there was something i could take to dampen my libido. this is as bad as having an itch that no amount of scratching satisfies or if it does it's not for long.

Hi! I'm Jan from Pennsylvania [USA]. I am a Hypnotist and psych RN ..I am interested in this disorder and believe Hypnosis could help. It's a way of rewiring the brain... and perhaps the miserable feeling of almost painful frequent arousal could be processed differently. I really feel for everyone suffering from this and get very angry with some of the sick comments suggesting partners of these women would be grateful!! very disturbing. This can be a devastating disorder..Let's bring about more awareness and good treatment!Jan Lee CH, RN 724-884-3307

I just started taking anti-malaria pills three weeks ago, this past week and a half I have developed PSAS. I am 40 years od female and am a few days shy of my period. I have all of the symptoms, inc. feeling of orgasmic pressure, uncomfortable sitting but even worse at night while laying down. Masturbation does not relieve the feeling but just makes it more intense. I am praying it will go away when my period arrives. I also have one more dosage of chloroqine [anti malaria] pill to take next week,. I am hoping that my PSAS will fade away after the completion of these two events. Right now I am in disbelief and terribly worried that there is a chance I may have to with this condition my entire life.
