m wife aged 44 has had pain in the lower parts of the leg and on 02.03.11 to 04.03.11 had fever giving symptoms of malaria but on testing diagnostic results show malaria negative. the right leg has pain and there is a skin rash on the lower parts of the leg. when touched with bear hand gives a warm sensation. the general physician feels that it is in the 1st stage of filaria.
kindly advise on treatment and necessary remedies.
