a young man diagnosed with filaria with symptom like swelling in both ankels increasing day by day sometimes with fever his legs are warm on blood test ace count and esr very high AEC count is 1360 and increasing day by day. pls advice the further treatment

Wow you guys just go to your doctor and have him or her prescribe you Heterzane or some other pill for this. My uncle had Filaria and all he had to do was take the pills to kill the larvae so that they would grow to a point in which medicine won't affect them then you will have to wait out until the adult worm is dead after that you should be fine. It does take some years because you have to wait for the adult to die before you stop talking the treatment.
