Vitamin D deficiency is pandemic even in countries that get a lot of sun because we have all been taught that the sun is bad for us! They are also offering a free supply of vitamin D for children. Asians living in the UK are particularly at risk.

There are many fruits and vegetables high in B group vitamins Mushrooms are the ONLY vegetable or fruit source of vitamin D. Destroying their B vitamins is hardly a sacrifice. Imagine the amount of people who would benefit from eating mushrooms. Jude
