You've done a great job of regurgitating the press release put out by the Corn Refiners association but if you actually look at the supplement you will find that two of the papers supported the contention that fructose makes you fat (Popkin and Havel) amongst other things and the other two are written by folks in the employ of the corn refiners association.
Both of those papers simply say eating HFCS is no worse than eating sugar.
This is the same as saying drowning in salt water is no worse than drowning in fresh water. Whilst empirically true where does it take the argument?
