Omega 3 is a great addition to help your health but you must be careful what foods you are buying that have been modified with increased DHA and or EPA. The reason being is the main problem is that we get way too much omega 6 and not enough omega 3. So if you add omega 3 to some twinkies which I am sure will happen. the ratio will still be too much omega 6 to omega 3. So you should find a good supplement that you trust or eat healthy fish that is not contaminated with heavy metals or mercury. There are good supplements out in the market.
