RUBBISH, what ever will these people who conduct SCIENTIFIC STUDIES(?) come up with next ? I like most who are vegan and vegetarian are strong, mentally and physically !And if you asked any true vegan or vegetarian you would hear that we have never felt better because of our lifestyles !

BAD STUDY. Vitamins cannot possibly be more in meat, liver and fish than in fruits and veggies simply because meat and fish require cooking, which burns vitamins and other nutrients.
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS STUDY.
