I am a born again in Christ, my sister-in-law was suffering with this problem. Her platellet count was 165000 and came down to 60000.We prayed for her.Church brothers and sisters prayed and she agreed with us.She is fine now.She continues to pray and study the Bible. It has made a lot of difference in her life.Jesus is the Life.It is only HE who can save.If you don't know who HE is and how to pray, just call HIS name and cover yourself with HIS precious blood shed on the cross and you'll be fine.Study the Bible and pray.

Disease is of two kinds: material and spiritual. Take for instance, a cut hand; if you pray for the cut to be healed and do not stop its bleeding, you will not do much good; a material remedy is needed. Sometimes if the nervous system is paralyzed through fear, a spiritual remedy is necessary. Madness, incurable otherwise,. can be cured through prayer. It often happens that sorrow makes one ill, this can be cured by spiritual means. Abdu'l-Baha in London.

Recently I was suffering from dengue fever with platlet count 24000, only one episode of bleeding and was hospitalised. IV line was maintatined and on the next day it was 53000 platlet. So I dont think every body needs admission ,but count below 25000 should be on the safe side for 24-48 hours under observatiion.
