A 18 months old child is suffering from amoebic dysentry for the past 12 days. The child is under medication but not much reduction in disease is evident. How long it will take to cure and is there any cases where prolonged curing time is taken eventhough the patient is under treatment. The loose motion is 6 times and more with mucus and blood stains.
