i would like you to please go through my diet and tell me if its good enough or am i missing something. thanks male - 29 years height- 6 feet weight- 75 kgs no medical history workout- 5-6 days a week (free hand- body weight) 9:00 - 1 banana 9:30 - 6 boiled eggs whites (2 yolks) 11:30 - 2 slices of brown bread with peanut butter 3:00 - 1 bowl of dalia 5:00 - 1 bowl of muslie 6:00 - 2 banana's and coconut water 7:00 - 1 glass of milk with protienx 8:00 - 1 carrot and 2 tomato's thankyou
