What are the leading medical centers or clinics in the United States for treatment of primary abdominal pregnancy (the egg leaves the ovary but does not enter the fallopian tube and is fertilized and implanted in the abdominal cavity). Is there any damage to the tubes or other parts of reproductive system due to surgical removal of ectopic sac and embryo?

I have a son of 3 ½ yrs.I am a working in a corporate firm where as everybody knows you need to put a lot of effort to rise. I am at the stage where I am expecting a promotion in 6 months time. Now the problem is my family wants a second child.Though I am absolutely ok with it but my worry is the time to conceive. If I conceive now it would definitely affect my career. Being a career oriented women I have struggled a lot reaching at a point where I am about to get promoted. I need your valuable suggestion which can help me in taking right decision to plan for a second child.

i am askin this for a friend......what could be the cause for sudden ( within seconds) painless loss of vision in a single eye (right) in a 27yr old primigravida? now she is 5 months pregnant . she has earlier had no similar episodes. She doesnt have any significant medical history...nothing whatsoever, except a Deviated nasal septum for which she hasnt got operated yet though she has slight breathing difficulties when supine..kindly reply

The spouses were practicing family planning with the use of condom. However, on one occasion the condom appears to be defective and the husband's spermatozoa finds its way into his wife's ovary resulting in a Big Bang and the wife got pregnant. They want to terminate the child as unwanted pregnancy! Should the Medical profession terminate the child? However and howsoever the child may be innocent. Should we call such pregnancy as wrongful birth? Should the couple also sue the shop from where they obtained the condemn?

I am 23 years old. I have an abortion in aug 2009. and then i didn't get periods for 4 months. then i got a loop by a doctor in feb 2011 because my endometrium is thin. i used some pills of estrogen and progesterone to get periods. then my condition is normal now. that is i am getting periods for 36 days cycle. I am continuing my loop now also. i am planning to remove my loop in aug 2012 because i am in abroad now. so i cant remove my loop in this year. is it possible to become a pregnant in the next year itself. Suggest me please. What about my condition now. suggest me

Hello. I wanna know if its possible to conceive naturally (even if miraculously!) without fallopian tubes ?? I've had two ruptured ectopic pregnancies after my first child. She is 11 now. Wud love to have more children, at least 1 ! Plz. advise.

I'm 25y/f married for 3 years trying to conceive but no success so far.My husband's semen analysis is normal...My hysteroslaphinography was normal....Thyroid function tests normal... TORCH +VE....Mycobacteri ELISA +VE FOR IgG,IgA & IgM.....Serum FSH 2.48mIU/ml....Serum LH 1.95mIU/ml....Serum Prolactin 15.42ng/ml....
Kindly guide me and please tell me the prescription to follow...How long the treatment to be continued....I'll be very grateful to you.

hello, ive been having some pregnancy symptoms. I calculated i had sex on my most fertile days. its been 8 dpo and ive been exhausted, tired, craving foods, heartburn headaches, and today started a "new" symptom. ive had a pulling sensation down there. and i just went to the bathroom and it started burning towards the end of urination. should i be scared, or is it nothing to worry about?
ive only been with one person and same to him too.
