Hello dear doctor!I have all these symptoms already a year,I have had sex only once and I was protected(last january ). After some time I noticed,that after cumming there are some red marks on my penis head(It happens every time I ejaculate).It doesn't hurt,I don't feel anything uncomfortable with it,sometimes the head is very dry(mostly in the morning). After I urinate or wash the head, everything disappears in an hour or two.I don't know what to do,what kind of analyses to take,please help me!!
Here are high quality pictures,first 2 are BEFORE masturbating.Third,fourth and fifth are about 5 minutes AFTER ejaculation and the last two photos are after an hour. Plus an hour later everything is as there wasn't anything happened with my penis head.

i m 35 /m married and from last two years i am having affair with married woman whose husband works abroad.Last week i met my ex girlfriend and had a unprotected sex with her.Again few days back i met one unknown girl and had protected sex after which i m still having unproected sex with my wife and girlfriend.I have began to notice that some rashes are appearing on my penis and both my girlfriend and my wife are complaining that they too have rashes in their vagina and it is itching.but rashes on my penis is not itching.Please tel me what to do and are they any risk of getting aids virus?

Im newly married man. My wife is very much beautiful. But After one time sex I dont feel interest to sex within 2 days. My penis is not so strong. But once it was very strong. Recently I tested my blood suger, that I found my fasting is 5.27 mmol/L and after 2 hours 7.72 mmol/L. My first question am I going to be a diabetic patient and for this my sexual power reducing? my wife got operated for piles two months ago.no pains no bleeding till now.however SHE IS HAVING UNCONTROLLABLE ITCHING 24X7 AROUND ANUS REGION.she is fed up.no ointments/sitz bath worked for her.her anus region is very tight.she feels more itching before and after passing stool.she has started applying Amratanjun balm now.she gets some relief for some time.she talks of commottong suicide...please help.
