Some easy ways to increase hunger lye in our own kitchen. Sipping ginger lemon decoction, or eating ginger soaked in lime juice just before the meals help increase hunger. Soups too are appetisers and evoke hunger. Keep yourself active and exercise , weights also, for at least 30mins daily to keep up the metabolic rate.
