Exercise is totally non negotiable.
You have to exercise atlest 30 mins a day. With a highly caloric deprived diet and no exercise you will lose only muscles and no fat. You will damage the fat burning capacity of your body.
To control hunger and cut on calories it would be most appropriate for you to divide your day into 5 to 6 meals. We would need to ensure that each meal is small, filling and full of proteins and fibre. Protein foods help to keep the metabolism high so that really helps. Food items like low fat milk, low fat curds, paneer, channa, roti with dal, sprouts, boiled channa, fruits, salads, soups are some best options for you. Calcium is important for you at this age so resort to the low fat milk products.
Exercise has to be a way of life. It could be as simple as a brisk walk, skipping, a 15 min jog. This would freshen you and prevent unnecessary weight gain.
