I want to loose some weight & for that I do excercise about 3-4 days in a week which includes Cardio & gym. But I am not getting any satisfactory results so I want to ask can I take some fat burner & if yes then which one I can go for?

I am 42 years old ,200lb and very athletic built. My issue is, I had lost some strength on my left side of the body. I ordered CERNOS 40MG TO regain my strength. I am not not sure how many capsules I need to take for fast recovery without side effect.

Ampoxin 500 precribed to me for throat infection cough and cold. Dosage is three times a day for 4days. When should I take - Before or after meals? How to prevent side efect like diarrhea. Thanks

I am 57 years old and my weight is 64 kg. I underwent a bypass surgery last year and since then my heart was beating down (my normal pulse rate is 40-48) which Still continues. There is no pain in my heart, but I'm too tired to sit up or movement. My BP and Sugar remains high for 6 months after surgery & Now I have BP 145/90 and sugar 82/125 But I am worried about my lower heart rate which comes down to 34 sometimes, please suggest a diet or medicine. I'm currently taking prescription drugs Lanoxin 0.25(sometimes i stopped taking it), carvil 3.125, Moxovas 0.3, Planep 25, echospirin 150, Telsive 40, Unistar 75, Anjispan TR, Torget 20 etc.
I would like to know whether medicine does any affect to heart beat.
Kindly advise based on any side effects/interaction of these drugs.

I have a 4 & 1/2 year old boy detected with down syndrome. He is having problem in learning and can't speak a single words but understands some. What type of treatment or therapy or rehabilitation should give him at this age. I am resident of Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, where there is no any facilities or guide or counsellor to help me.

my brother had low bp 8 years back now he is not checked his bp.sometimes he gets giddiness suddenly especially when he gets severe cold and cough.he has headache every three days and nerve of the right side of his head get swelling every ones in three days.pls suggest me home remedy for that and exercise
