tips to avoid diabtes:
- exercise regularly for 40 minutes daily. indulge in cardio exercises
- avoid sugars, bakery foods, biscuits, jams, sweets, puffs
- choose oil over dalda, cream, khoa, ghee.
- consume soaked fenugreek seeds with its water daily in the morning.
- prefer skim milk, dals, sprouts, legumes, fish, nuts.
