Sleep Disorder : Restless Legs Syndrome

The restless legs syndrome describes a condition in which a person has unpleasant sensations in his legs (or arms or torso) and needs to move them to relieve the sensations. The sensations are especially strong when a person is resting or lying down, and so people with the syndrome often have difficulty sleeping.
