I don't think you need to take any weight loss pills if you are dedicated enough. And it is not safe to take it because the results are not long lasting. You may start putting on weight once you stop it and there may be some more side effects. So its better you do it naturally without any supplement.
Do Cardio exercises, start skipping, cycling, swimming, etc. to lose some weight this will give you long lasting effect and will improve your stamina definitely.
