Mental health and addiction :
Others

Mental health disorders happen when a person is not able to function either cognitively or emotionally. Addiction – obsessions, compulsions, or psychological or physical dependence on substances or activities – forms a large category of mental disorders.

In our support group, you will be able to find patients, their families, and their doctors dealing with the same problems as you, and willing to share their valuable experience and wisdom.

Not sure of her age, if she was 18 she is an adult. Now if she is 17 at the time then she was a juvi. Her parents should have had to pay the medical bills. As parents we are responsible for our kids and our kids actions. Mom should have been charged because she didn't care what her kid did. Charged as an accessory to the fact, As the guy who had his balls nailed he will probably sue and rightly so. He did not sign on to get his balls busted at the party he was invited to. To express no remorse over what had happened I would sue the shit out of them. To the brat that did this crying does not cut it. She should have had a record. Who is to say she has not had these melt downs before. Sounds like mom is use to the and sounds like the daughter runs the roust.
