Yes, it is true that [except for clever cooks who are good with spices and food combinations], the Atkins (low-carb) diet is very boring. But consider these points: * Those who need to eat a lot can eat lots of very high protein foods with no problem and no hunger! * For most people, no more worries about weight gain, diabetes, or lipid imbalances that can lead to death from circulatory and cardiac illnesses. * More energy, better sleep, and less depression for many, especially when combined with regular meditation and exercise. You decide.
